About us

Germany's largest manufacturer of enamelled stove pipes is the Muldenthaler Emaillierwerk GmbH, which has been producing a wide range of exhaust pipes and accessories in Penig, Saxony since 1887.

Today, many years of experience and new developments are convincingly combined with the highest level of expertise. A modern enamelling plant as well as the gas-heated, U-shaped tunnel enamelling furnace that allows technological discipline to be maintained precisely, guarantee continuously constant high quality. The full product range includes exhaust gas and stove pipes, elbows, and accessories made of coloured enamelled sheet steel, stainless steel, thick sheet metal (Senotherm®-coated or polished), or hot-dip aluminized (FAL) sheet steel, aluminium, or powder-coated FAL. This means customers can select the optimal version for their applications from over 4,000 different products.

Coloured enamelled pipes that harmonize with the stoves used are extremely popular nowadays. The company also offers a wide range of services in the area of contract enamelling and as a supplier, for example of double-wall exhaust systems for condensing boilers. The enamelled Peniger exhaust pipes are characterized in particular by the pore-free, glossy, and error-free inner and outer enamel coating as well as the laser-welded longitudinal seam that is invisible from outside the pipe. Outstanding quality characteristics include high reliability and durability.

Continuous innovation characterizes the high performance of the company. Examples include, among others, the provision of materials for connecting pellet stoves in both insertion directions or the production of drawn steel elbows made of Senotherm®-coated sheet steel as well as the cleaning openings manufactured in the elbows to improve their appearance.

The company has also started producing enamel signs again, a company tradition that began about 100 years ago, at an even higher level. Information, warning, company, association, and souvenir signs can be manufactured in all shapes and colours. Through the Introduction of the CERANTECH process, it is possible using digital printing to produce universal, one of a kind signs in photo quality.
